Australia vs India, 1st T20, Nov 21, 2018

India faced defeat against Australia in the first T20 match in Gabba. India loses the game by 4 runs in D/L methods. India won the toss and opted to field by Captain Kohli. Austrailia did a nice start but rains affect the game, so the match was reduced down to 17 overs per side. Australia to score 158 from 17 overs with Glenn Maxwell's well made 46 runs from just 24 balls and Chris Lynn's quick 37 from just 20 balls. India's Kuldeep Yadav was the pick of the bowlers with 2 wickets for 24 runs and Bhuvi was very economical with just 15 runs by his 3 overs.
In reply of D/L total of 174 runs in 17 overs Shikhar Dhawan made outstanding 76 runs from just 42 balls but couldn't save his team as Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli went to the dressing room without making double figure scores. Lastly, Dinnes Karthik made a very quick 30 of 13 balls but he also got out in Marcos Stoinis spell. Adam Zampa and Marcos Stoinis both shared 2 wickets each. Adam Zampa named the man of the match in this first match for two crucial wickets. Next match will be played on 23 Nov 2018.
